The symptoms of fibromyalgia sometimes begin after a trauma or a major surgery. Anyway, this is just an assumption and you must not worry too much now. You maybe are sick just because of a common virus that has affected your stomach and gives you all the symptoms you mentioned. The strong smelling urine could be due to increased concentration of urine (perhaps due to dehydration), or because of any strong drink you might have consumed (binged or coffee).
